Shedding of hair is a normal process, these hairs grow back in the same follicle on your head. This is part of the hair renewal process. On a normal day, you would lose about 50 - 100 hairs even more if you were actually going through significant hair loss. Hair loss is usually associated with men but women can also go through hair loss. A number of factors are responsible for excessive hair loss.
