how to look good always

 One should not only look good and attractive when going out for social functions and work but should also look good anytime, anywhere and everyday always. Looking good goes beyond outfit. How healthy your system is and also how good looking your skin is should be put into consideration.

1. Take at least a cup of water when you wake up every morning to flush your system.


2. EXERCISE. Exercising for about 10 - 15 minutes will keep the heart pumping and get you ready to face the day. You don't necessarily need to visit a gym to exercise. Jogging, skipping, sit - up or dancing for about 10 - 15 minutes will do.


3. Randomly apply some scrubs to your face and leave for about 10 minutes and wash with warm water or facial wash before taking your shower. Applying it in a random motion makes it easy to penetrate your skin and open up the spores.


4. Wear a good smile always and every day. Smiling elevates your mood and indicate a happy person.  Wearing a good smile makes you more attractive, increases blood flow through the arteries, helps to relieve stress and also boost the immune system. Smiling and laughing also help in weight loss...yes!. Researchers at Vanderbilt University calculate that 15 minutes of hearty laughter burns about 40 calories. Smiling lifts the face and makes you look younger.
